Job Purpose

To deliver outstanding customer service, assist with sales, merchandising, and operations on the shop floor, and contribute to the store’s commercial success through excellent product knowledge, selling techniques, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and offer assistance in line with Massimo Dutti’s service standards.
• Engage in up-selling, cross-selling, and suggesting alternatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Receive and manage inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and prevent shrinkage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and displays.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or incidents.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and new arrivals.
• Support team members and participate in regular training sessions.
• Department-Specific Tasks:
• Fashion: Take customer measurements for alterations and apply pricing as needed.
• Multimedia/Lifestyle: Promote new products and recommend complementary items.
• Sports/Leisure: Coordinate with managers on underperforming stock and product displays.
• Qualifications
  Education: High school diploma
• Experience: 0–1 year in a similar role (entry-level candidates welcome)
