Seoul Spot is a fast-growing Korean-themed experiential kiosk in Dubai that blends K-pop photo booths, karaoke experiences, and curated Korean retail. We’re on a mission to build a vibrant hub for youth and K-culture fans.

Role Overview

We are hiring a creative and performance-driven Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand visibility and drive footfall and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Growth

• Manage and grow our Instagram & TikTok channels
• Build a weekly content calendar and engage with followers

2. Retail Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Train and brief shop staff on ongoing promotions and offers
• Monitor in-mall visual merchandising and activations
• Run mini on-ground campaigns to drive conversions

3. Community Engagement

• Organize monthly youth-focused events (e.g. dance-offs, fan meetups)
• Engage and coordinate with brand ambassadors

4. Content Creation Support

• Coordinate with designers, staff, and influencers for photos and videos
• Plan short-form content for product and experience promotion

5. Partnerships & CRM

• Build collaborations with schools, cafés, dance studios, and more
• Launch WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Boost Google reviews and maintain a strong online presence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media and retail marketing
• Strong understanding of youth trends (Gen Z audience)
• Interest in K-pop, K-drama, or Korean youth culture (a big plus)
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Korean is a bonus
