Regulatory Supervisor Full Time

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Visa & Government Relations Supervisor to oversee our visa processing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage relationships with key government entities across the UAE and other GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Visa and Immigration
  Supervise and support the PRO team in handling all visa-related procedures, including employment visas, residence visas, labor cards, and Emirates ID applications.
• Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of all visas and labor cards to avoid fines or penalties.
• 2. Government Liaison
  Represent the company at government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, DED, and Dubai Police.
• Handle submission of corporate documents for license renewals, establishment card renewals, and other required filings.
• Maintain strong relationships with government officials and remain updated on legal and regulatory changes.
• 3. Gate Passes & Access Control
  Oversee the processing of gate passes, site permits, and clearances for client sites, ports, and free zones (e.g., JAFZA, DAFZA, etc.).
• 4. Compliance & Documentation
  Maintain accurate records of employee legal documentation, visa statuses, and renewal timelines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and corporate policies.
• Support and respond to audits or inspections by labor or immigration authorities.
• 5. Internal Support & Coordination
  Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Finance teams to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support PRO teams across the UAE and Qatar, and coordinate with GROs in Saudi Arabia when required.
• Advise internal departments on government procedures, compliance issues, and legal risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws and procedures.
• Strong network and experience with various government departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
