Registered Nursing Specialist – Alleanza Group Full Time

Position Summary

• Alleanza Group is hiring a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to support its expanding healthcare operations in Dubai.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions by conducting clinical evaluations, reviewing medical history, and recording vital signs.
• Administer approved medications and IV therapies while ensuring patient safety and clinical accuracy.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns to physicians when necessary.
• Deliver nursing services in clinical, outpatient, or home-based healthcare environments according to assigned duties.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medication instructions, lifestyle guidance, and recovery expectations.
• Follow infection prevention protocols, safety regulations, and professional nursing standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Participate in internal training, quality improvement programs, and professional skill development initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized institution.
• Valid UAE Nursing License (DHA, MOH, or DOH) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on nursing experience in healthcare facilities or service-based settings.
• Strong clinical competence with excellent attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Effective communication skills and a professional, patient-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to dynamic healthcare demands.
