General Duty Nurse Part Time NEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care services to patients across Dubai. The successful candidate will assess health needs, administer treatments, and offer education and support to patients and their families in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care based on personalized care plans
• Conduct health assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical treatments
• Monitor, document, and report vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care practices
• Ensure proper documentation aligned with regulatory standards
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
• Travel to patient homes across the service area

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• License: DHA License (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health care preferred)
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, time management, and ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel between patient locations within Dubai
• Able to lift or move patients/equipment when needed
• Physically fit to perform prolonged standing, walking, and bending
