Recruitment Administrator Full Time

Role Summary:

RA International is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Administrator to support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across its global operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This position requires strong coordination, administrative precision, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate onboarding for new hires in Dubai and international project sites.

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts for candidates across all regions.

  • Work with:

    • Medical team for document coordination.

    • Travel team for arranging flights and hotel accommodations.

    • IT team for setting up hardware, access, and system accounts.

    • PRO team for employment visa processing.

    • Local HR teams for international visa, travel, and accommodation support.

  • Conduct background checks for all employees.

  • Maintain regular updates to hiring managers regarding onboarding status.

  • Manage and update the CV database.

  • Support candidate sourcing and screening based on hiring manager requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment/onboarding experience (with at least 1 year in-house).

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workable, Greenhouse).

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
