Reception Staff – Dubai Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our training center in Al Qusais, Dubai. This role is key to delivering excellent customer service and supporting administrative tasks across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors professionally
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Provide accurate information regarding admissions, course schedules, and general queries
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Support student registration processes and documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for academic and admin staff
• Manage mail, packages, and routine correspondence
• Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes
• Provide administrative support to HR and other departments
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Experience with student registration processes is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or other languages are a plus

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month
