Role Overview

As a Collecting Officer, you will play a key role in specimen collection services, ensuring adherence to strict protocols in a professional and sensitive manner. You’ll visit various client locations, mainly within Dubai (and occasionally other Emirates), to conduct urine, breath, oral fluid, or hair sample collections for toxicology testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections according to internal standards and client requirements
• Ensure every step follows the required legal and procedural frameworks
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation as needed
• Coordinate schedules and testing procedures with the Service Delivery Manager
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of protocols through training and audits
• Support operational efficiency through administrative and procedural compliance
• Provide excellent service and maintain professionalism at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Nationally recognized qualifications in healthcare or medical laboratory technology
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role or medical laboratory environment
• Licensing: DHA license preferred; however, candidates eligible to be licensed will also be considered
• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• IT Skills: Basic competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Security: Must be eligible for security clearance to access airport and airline environments
