The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

  • Property Viewings: Conduct viewings and provide expert guidance on property investment opportunities.

  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

  • Negotiations: Negotiate deals and prepare documentation to ensure a smooth transaction process.

  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends to provide the best advice to clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong background in sales/business development.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

  • Additional Requirements: A valid UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
