Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy tailored to the Dubai market to maximize short-term rental revenue, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and adjusting tactics to meet business objectives.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local stakeholders to ensure the long-term success of Urban Dreams’ portfolio.
Market Expansion: Identify emerging opportunities in Dubai’s short-term rental market, including high-demand areas, seasonal trends, and new developments.
Local Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position Urban Dreams’ offerings and gain a competitive edge.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships within Dubai’s real estate and tourism sectors.
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with property owners and partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s business goals and Urban Dreams’ ideology.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, acquisitions, and booking trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the short-term rental, real estate, or hospitality industries, with a proven track record of driving bookings and acquiring properties.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate and short-term rental market, including local regulations, trends, and key players.
Network: Strong network of property owners, developers, and real estate agents in Dubai.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales and business development.
Motivation: High level of motivation, drive, and determination to achieve goals.
Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ideology Alignment: Knowledge and passion for Urban Dreams’ ideology, including commitment to sustainability, social impact, and responsible tourism.
CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads, properties, and partnerships.
Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with local short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and their operational dynamics.
Industry Relationships: Existing relationships with major property developers and hospitality players in Dubai.
