About the Role:

Focus Prime is seeking driven and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agents to join its fast-growing Dubai team. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with a passion for real estate and strong networking skills. The position offers one of the highest earning potentials in the industry, with up to 87.8% commission and an additional 3% team bonus for leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly goals
• Lead Generation: Proactively source buyers and renters via calls, referrals, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Social Media Engagement: Build personal brand and visibility through daily content sharing
• Recruitment: Assist in onboarding new agents and consultants
• Property Listings: Source and list properties on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.
• Team Support: Mentor, collaborate, and train team members
• Attendance: Be present at meetings, training sessions, and client appointments

Qualifications:

• Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Strong English communication (Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Hindi is a plus)
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
• UAE driver’s license preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms
