RANN Security Guard – Dubai Full Time

Job Description:

RANN Security is hiring responsible and well-trained Security Guards to work at multiple sites across Dubai. This role is suitable for individuals who understand the importance of safety, discipline, and professionalism. As a Security Guard, your main duty will be to maintain a secure environment by protecting people, property, and company assets at your assigned location.

In this position, you will be expected to stay alert during working hours and follow security procedures carefully. You will help prevent unauthorized access, identify safety risks, and respond appropriately to any unusual situation. The role requires a calm mindset, physical stamina, and the ability to act responsibly at all times. Security Guards represent the company on-site, so professional behavior and appearance are essential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observe and monitor the assigned location to maintain a safe atmosphere
• Manage entry and exit points and ensure access is given only to authorized persons
• Remain attentive to surroundings and identify any potential security concerns
• Take immediate and appropriate action in case of incidents or emergencies
• Record daily activities and report incidents clearly and accurately
• Follow company policies, site rules, and safety instructions
• Offer assistance to visitors, employees, or residents when required
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during duty hours

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent qualification
• Previous security experience is helpful but not compulsory
• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for long periods
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and responsible personality

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary between AED 1,800 and AED 2,500, depending on experience
