We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help ensure our services meet the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Job Description

As the Quality Manager, you will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes within the hospital. You will collaborate closely with both clinical and administrative teams to implement quality initiatives, monitor hospital performance, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Management Systems: Develop and implement quality management systems and policies aimed at improving hospital services.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement programs.

  • Audits & Inspections: Lead audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) and JCI (Joint Commission International).

  • Collaboration: Work with hospital departments to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present quality metrics and performance reports to senior management.

  • Staff Training: Train and educate staff on quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Accreditation: Ensure the hospital is meeting all required accreditation standards.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or patient safety issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably within a healthcare setting.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements in the UAE (DHA, JCI).

  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Work Style: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with quality management tools, methodologies, and reporting.
