Public Transport Driver Part Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Heavy Bus Driver to support our operations through the safe and timely transportation of staff, materials, and equipment. This role requires strong driving skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy buses for the transportation of staff and materials
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain the cleanliness, basic upkeep, and service schedule of the vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and internal safety guidelines
• Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or delays promptly
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when needed
• Maintain accurate daily vehicle logs and submit reports as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Transport Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience driving heavy buses within the UAE or GCC

License:

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6 or equivalent) – Required

Languages:

• Basic English communication skills
• Arabic knowledge is a plus

Technology:

• Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems is preferred
