Promotional Stand Supervisor Full Time

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Promotional Stand Supervisor to oversee the operation and performance of promotional stands in Sobha malls. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of stands, engaging with clients effectively, and coordinating with administrative teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in team supervision and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stand Hygiene and Maintenance:

• Ensure the stand remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

• Conduct regular checks to maintain hygiene and ensure all equipment and displays are functional.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to address urgent fixes if needed.

2. Training and Monitoring Promoters:

• Train promoters on product knowledge and client engagement strategies.

• Monitor interactions between promoters and clients to ensure professionalism and adherence to company standards.

3. Stock Management:

• Ensure an adequate supply of brochures, promotional materials, and other necessary items.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to restock brochures as needed.

4. Lead Management:

• Ensure all client leads are accurately recorded in the system.

• Review and verify data entries made by promoters to ensure accuracy.

5. Client Engagement and Conversion:

• Guide promoters in convincing clients to schedule site visits to the sales gallery.

• Address any client queries or concerns that require escalation beyond the promoter’s scope.

6. Coordination for Site Visits:

• Coordinate with drivers and administrative staff to schedule and facilitate client site visits.

• Ensure proper communication for timely site visit arrangements.

7. Operational Efficiency:

• Ensure the stand operates smoothly and efficiently during mall hours.

• Troubleshoot any issues or escalate them to higher management if necessary.

8. Follow-Up Management:

• Ensure that promoters follow up with clients after initial interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales manager for post-meeting client follow-ups.

9. Daily Reporting:

• Provide daily updates to the manager about stand activities, client interactions, challenges, and achievements.

• Prepare and share key performance metrics and reports.

10. Performance Evaluation:

• Assess the performance of promoters and provide constructive feedback.

• Identify training needs and address skill gaps in the team.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

• Gather client feedback and trends during interactions to share with the marketing team.

• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

• Foster a positive and collaborative environment to keep the promoter team motivated and goal-oriented.

• Address disputes or issues professionally and promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in supervising promotional teams, preferably in real estate.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.

• Flexibility: Ability to work 6 days a week during mall hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of leads generated and recorded.

• Conversion rate from leads to site visits and site visits to units sold.

• Promoter performance and adherence to training.

• Stand operational efficiency and appearance.

Salary:

• AED 10,000.00 – AED 15,000.00 per month
