Project Operations Coordinator Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and organized Logistics Coordinator with strong experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations, covering Land, Sea, and Air shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination—from documentation and communication to customs clearance and delivery—ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete import/export documentation for Sea, Land, and Air shipments across multiple commodities.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, DNATA, airlines, clearing agents, and transporters to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Handle all communication with customers, suppliers, and Dubai Customs, maintaining a professional and solution-driven approach.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate logistics records using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and WhatsApp.
• Obtain and compare freight quotations to secure competitive pricing and maintain profit margins.
• Monitor vessel and carrier movements, ensuring timely customs clearance, inspection, and delivery.
• Track and update all shipment statuses in a centralized database.
• Maintain an organized document archive for all logistics transactions.
• Support sales and telemarketing teams by identifying logistics opportunities and ensuring top-quality service.
• Supervise daily operations and help achieve company performance and efficiency goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or supply chain management (Land/Sea/Air).
• Strong understanding of Dubai Trade and Customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with import/export documentation is essential.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail.
