Project Architect Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

Unique Spire Consultancy is seeking to hire a qualified Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai Municipality regulations and experience managing submission and approval processes.

Requirements:

• Must be of Arabic nationality
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures and local building codes
• Hands-on experience with Dubai Municipality submissions and approval workflows
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage architectural drawings and designs in compliance with UAE regulations
• Handle submission and approval processes with Dubai Municipality and other authorities
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and approvals
