As the Program Manager, you will oversee key programs and serve as the main liaison between Safran Aerosystems and Emirates Airline. Your role will involve managing various stages of the program, ensuring communication, coordination, and risk management throughout the process. You will be responsible for representing Safran’s interests with Emirates, ensuring the timely delivery of services and the successful resolution of issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications with Emirates.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews with Emirates’s linefit & retrofit program teams.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by Emirates in a timely manner.
Represent the Program Manager during the 1st Installation phase and manage the handover between Safran’s Program Teams and Field & Customer Support Teams based in Dubai.
Oversee the implementation and progress of various programs in coordination with Emirates.
Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and schedules are adhered to.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Manage retrofit activities with Emirates, coordinating with on-site Emirates retrofit teams and Safran Aircraft Manager & field teams.
Facilitate the management of Change Requests, assist with negotiations, and ensure efficient contract management throughout the program.
Maintain consistent communication between Safran’s program management teams and Emirates.
Prepare and deliver status reports, updates, and project documentation to both internal stakeholders and Emirates.
Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes, challenges, or updates regarding the program.
Coordinate and represent Safran programs in Executive Reviews with Emirates, from RFPs and offers to in-service follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with Emirates representatives.
Foster a collaborative and cooperative working environment while representing Safran’s interests.
Identify potential risks and issues related to program execution.
Develop and implement strategies to address and mitigate risks effectively.
At least 5-6 years of successful experience in an aeronautical, automotive, or railway environment.
Strong decision-making ability and strategic direction setting to achieve program goals.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to bring teams together around common challenges.
Ability to handle unexpected situations and work under pressure.
Excellent client relationship-building skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
