About the Role

Elite Sports Academy, a premier sports services provider in the Middle East, is seeking a qualified Football Coach to deliver professional training sessions to children aged 2.5 to 16 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing young athletes through structured coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate football training sessions

• Maintain a safe, engaging, and educational training environment

• Track and communicate player development to parents and staff

• Enforce all safeguarding and child protection policies

• Collaborate effectively with coaching staff and school personnel

Requirements

• UEFA B License (mandatory requirement)

• Documented experience coaching youth football (ages 3-16)

• Professional background in sports coaching or physical education

• Current Safeguarding and First Aid certifications

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for planning and reporting
