Professional Accountant – CDA Audit Full Time

CDA Audit is a professional accounting and auditing firm based in Dubai, providing financial, audit, and compliance services to businesses operating across different industries. To support its expanding operations, CDA Audit is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Dubai office.

The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional environment. The selected candidate will work closely with senior finance staff and assist in ensuring that all financial information is properly recorded and compliant with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions with accuracy
• Prepare journal entries and manage general ledger accounts
• Support the compilation and review of periodic financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support audit activities by preparing schedules and required documentation
• Maintain proper accounting records in line with internal policies
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance support
• Identify and report accounting issues to senior management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A recognized undergraduate qualification in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
