Role Overview

Coffema is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter for a temporary, on-site role in Dubai. In this position, you will play a vital role in showcasing our coffee products and services, engaging with customers, and driving sales in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to promote and demonstrate coffee products
• Explain and upsell Coffema’s service packages to potential clients
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to confidently answer questions and handle objections
• Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience to drive interest and boost sales
• Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and trends
• Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and kept in excellent condition
• Report daily activities and sales performance to management

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or sales promotion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident with product demonstrations and engaging with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with basic operating systems and POS tools
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Experience in the coffee industry is a plus

Contract Details

• Job Type: Temporary
• Contract Duration: 6 Months
• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience)
• Location: Dubai (on-site retail locations)
