About the Role

Join a one-day surgery center as a compassionate and skilled RN. This role involves pre- and post-operative care, supporting surgical teams, and ensuring top-tier patient outcomes in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and educate patients
• Assist during surgeries by preparing and handing over instruments
• Monitor patients post-operatively and ensure comfort and safety
• Administer medications, IVs, and post-op treatments
• Maintain detailed patient records in line with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
• Follow strict infection control and surgical protocols
• Offer support and guidance to patients and families before and after surgery

Qualifications

• License: DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility letter (required)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS

Experience:

• At least 2 years in surgical or acute care (preferred)
