The Butler team serves as the face of this iconic service, providing bespoke experiences and services that fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay, and upon departure. The Butler is responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Butlers build strong rapport with guests, proactively anticipate needs, and act upon them to create unforgettable stays. Your success in this role is deeply rooted in your passion for service, uncompromising standards, and impeccable interpersonal skills.
Guest Experience: Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs throughout their stay.
Collaboration: Work in partnership with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, coordinating the efforts of Butler Valets and other supporting teams.
Proactive Service: Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and acting upon them to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures and upholding quality standards.
Professionalism: Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times, ensuring your uniform and conduct reflect the standards of St. Regis.
Physical Requirements: Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and take a hands-on approach to tasks that may include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
Related Work Experience: At least 6 months of related work experience.
