Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Oversee and contribute to the National Curriculum for England, ensuring it is effectively delivered, while also enhancing extracurricular and enrichment activities.

  • Student Outcomes: Maintain Jumeirah College’s outstanding academic achievements, with a focus on exceptional exam results (e.g., 98% of GCSE results were 9-4, and 47% of A-Level grades were A*/A).

  • Community Engagement: Engage with the broader school community, promoting global awareness and world citizenship through a variety of student initiatives, activities, and charitable endeavors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in senior leadership within an educational setting, preferably in an international or high-performing school.

  • Passion for Education: A strong commitment to exciting and effective teaching, along with modern pastoral care and a deep passion for student welfare and development.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, parents, and the broader school community, to foster a supportive and high-performing environment.
