Job Description

The Logistics Operations Officer will be responsible for managing daily logistics activities related to the movement, storage, and documentation of goods. The role requires effective coordination with internal departments, transportation providers, warehouse teams, and regulatory units to ensure smooth logistics operations. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures in a structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely and secure movement of goods.

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipment records, delivery notes, and inventory reports.

• Communicate regularly with transport providers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Support inventory control activities and assist with stock monitoring when required.
• Prepare operational updates and performance summaries for management review.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting efficient logistics practices and reducing operational risks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain operations, warehousing, or transportation is preferred.
• Good understanding of logistics procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with a consistent focus on accuracy and detail.
