Job Summary

Zahr Freighters is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to support the health and well-being of our employees. This role is essential in promoting a safe and healthy work environment through preventative care, emergency response, and ongoing health education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees on-site
• Monitor employee health and maintain confidential medical records
• Conduct regular health checks and wellness initiatives
• Assist HR and HSE teams in enforcing workplace health and safety standards
• Manage inventory and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers when required
• Educate employees on hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy practices

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergencies
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential health records
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
