About Us:

Zecorp Solutions FZE LLC is a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in turnkey kitchen and food-service solutions, including commercial kitchen design, equipment supply and production support across the UAE. As part of our growth and service expansion into high-end hospitality operations, we are seeking a creative, highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team and elevate our desserts and bakery offerings for our partner venues.

Role Overview:

As the Pastry Chef, you will lead and manage the pastry section across our hospitality partner outlets. You will be responsible for conceptualising, producing and delivering outstanding pastry and bakery items — ranging from plated desserts and buffet displays to custom showpieces and event‐specific creations. You will ensure that the pastry output aligns with the company’s high standards of quality, presentation, cost control and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal pastry menus, bespoke desserts for banquets and events, and bakery production in line with venue standards.
• Lead a team of pastry cooks and assistants: organise staffing, training, scheduling and ensure consistent, high‐quality output.
• Oversee the end-to-end pastry production process: sourcing ingredients, preparing doughs/mixes, baking, decorating, plating and service readiness.
• Monitor inventory, manage ingredient cost, minimise waste, ensure equipment maintenance and optimise production flow.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene, food‐safety and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen; ensure compliance with local regulations and internal quality protocols.
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership, F&B management and event teams to deliver on creative dessert concepts tailored to each venue or event.
• Stay current with global pastry trends, introduce innovative techniques and flavor profiles while maintaining brand identity and operational feasibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a pastry chef or senior pastry role within a high-end hotel, resort or premium bakery setting.
• Formal qualification in pastry or bakery arts is preferred; strong technical skills in baking, sugar work, chocolate, moulding and plating are essential.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage production under pressure, multi-task across venues and adapt to event requirements and high throughput.
• Creative mindset with impeccable attention to detail, excellent presentation skills and a passion for desserts.
• Strong organisational and cost-awareness capabilities, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during peak event periods.
• Professional communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments and a proactive attitude.
