About Us:

Chef 2 Chef LLC is a food‑service company based in Dubai offering a complete solution for catering needs by air, sea, and road. Their operations include chilled, frozen, and ambient warehouse storage near Dubai International Airport, with an extensive product range including bakery and pastry supplies.
As part of their expansion in pastry and bakery production, we are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our in‑house pastry kitchen and enrich our bakery and dessert offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pastry kitchen operations: plan and execute dessert menus, specialty pastries, tarts, vol‑au‑vents, wafer cones, and other premium baked goods.
• Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal product ranges in alignment with Chef 2 Chef’s premium food‑service supply ethos.
• Manage production scheduling, ingredient sourcing, oversee quality control, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Supervise pastry kitchen staff, train team members on techniques, and maintain consistency in presentation, flavour, and output.
• Coordinate with bakery and cold‑store teams for storage, logistics, and fresh‑to‑supply timelines, ensuring products meet client, catering, and hospitality partner demands.
• Monitor cost‑control measures, optimise materials and processes, maintain accurate production records, and assist with budget planning for pastry operations.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety regulations, refrigeration standards, and quality assurance protocols within the warehouse and bakery operations.
• Contribute creatively to packaging, display, and product adaptation for the food‑service supply market, supporting the company’s “can‑do” approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ professional experience as a Pastry Chef, ideally in a high‑volume bakery, hotel, or catering supply environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of pastry methods (lamination, choux, entremets, viennoiserie), confectionery, and dessert plating.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage production teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Proven ability to innovate and produce high‑quality pastry items, with acute attention to detail, finish, and flavour.
• Familiarity with food‑service supply chains, warehouse bakery production, or chilled/frozen logistics is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:
