Pastry Chef – ABC, Dubai Full Time

Job Description:

ABC Baking is a leading bakery solutions provider in the GCC, known for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts. We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our Dubai team and take charge of creating visually stunning and delicious pastries that meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and specialty baked goods. You will lead the pastry team, ensure consistency in flavor and presentation, and contribute innovative ideas to expand our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and viennoiseries to meet ABC Baking’s quality standards.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items that appeal to customers.
• Supervise and train junior pastry staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and organization standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure ingredient availability.
• Collaborate with management to improve existing recipes and develop new offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional bakery or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert preparation, and presentation.
• Creativity and attention to detail in both flavor and appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Culinary degree or professional training in pastry arts preferred.
