Pastry & Bakery Assistant Part Time

Job Overview:

Mister Baker is hiring a dedicated and reliable Helper to support daily bakery operations. The ideal candidate will assist with product preparation, kitchen cleanliness, inventory handling, and ensure high hygiene and quality standards across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and assembly of bakery items according to set standards

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, tools, and production area

• Support inventory receiving and stocking

• Package and label baked goods for delivery and sale

• Report equipment issues and follow food safety protocols

• Follow instructions and collaborate with team members during production

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen is a plus, but not mandatory

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods

• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai
