Job Description

The Part-Time Teacher will play an important role in guiding students toward academic improvement by delivering well-planned and engaging lessons. This position is ideal for educators who value flexibility while maintaining high professional standards. Teachers are expected to support students academically, encourage independent thinking, and help build confidence through clear concept explanation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver structured lessons according to the assigned subject and level
• Present concepts in a clear, engaging, and student-friendly manner
• Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Track student progress and highlight areas requiring additional support
• Create assignments, practice tasks, and simple evaluations
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve performance
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and respectful learning environment
• Keep accurate records of attendance and lesson progress
• Communicate professionally with coordinators or parents when necessary

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A university-level qualification in Education or a closely related subject is required.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Patient, supportive, and student-focused teaching approach
• Professional attitude and commitment to academic quality

Salary
