Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence
• Support children’s learning and development through interactive teaching methods
• Assist with classroom activities, learning materials, and daily routines
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to senior teachers when required
• Ensure child safety and wellbeing at all times within the classroom
• Maintain clear and positive communication with parents and team members about children’s development.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization according to nursery standards

Requirements

• A recognized diploma or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant discipline is required.
• Previous teaching or childcare experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours
• Knowledge of early learning activities and child development
