Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and presentable individuals to join our weekend team as Part-Time Hostess / Event Staff. This role is perfect for candidates who are available on Saturdays and/or Sundays and enjoy working in dynamic, social environments. You will assist during exhibitions, conferences, product launches, VIP events or branded promotions, ensuring smooth operations and positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, attendees or visitors at event venues, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Assist with registration desks, information stands or promotional displays, providing accurate information to guests.
• Engage with visitors courteously, promote brand messaging where applicable and support client-led activities.
• Maintain orderly and tidy presentation of assigned event area, including signage, merchandising materials and guest flow.
• Work closely with event managers or supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and standards are met.
• Adhere to dress-code requirements, arrive punctually, and represent UAE Staff and the client brand with integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service or promotions is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident presence, and ability to engage with diverse guests.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible for weekend shifts and comfortable working in a team or independently.
• Professional appearance, good grooming, and a positive attitude.
