Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time / Weekend Cook to assist our culinary team with daily kitchen activities. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and well-maintained throughout each shift.

Main Responsibilities

• Cook food items accurately according to approved recipes and portion sizes
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and organizing them before service
• Ensure meals are properly cooked and presented to a high standard
• Keep kitchen equipment and workspaces clean and sanitized
• Follow all hygiene, health, and food safety regulations
• Store raw materials and prepared items correctly to maintain freshness
• Assist colleagues during busy periods to maintain efficient service
• Check stock regularly and inform supervisors when supplies need replacement
