Job Description:

As a Part-Time Cook at California Garden, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our brand standards. You will assist in developing new recipes using California Garden products and help with food demonstrations, tastings, and promotional events. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining food safety and quality in every dish prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate meals using California Garden products.
• Support in developing and testing new recipes for marketing and product development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and brand quality standards.
• Assist with company events, food sampling, and product promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a restaurant or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
