Job Description:

Byblos Hospitality is currently seeking skilled and passionate Part-Time Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, menu execution, and maintaining high kitchen standards. As a Cook, you will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the brand’s dedication to quality and innovation.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed, and assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will also help in inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes that meet Byblos Hospitality’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist chefs with menu planning and kitchen organization.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hospitality or restaurant).
• Knowledge of international and Arabic cuisines is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as required.
• Passion for food and commitment to culinary excellence.
