Part-Time Au Pair Part Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Au Pair to support two children (ages 7 and 4) in their daily routines and academic development. This is a part-time role during the school term, with additional full-time hours required during specific school holidays, including parts of the winter, spring, and summer breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

School Term (Part-Time):

Mornings (6:00 AM–7:30 AM):

• Assist with preparing the children for school.
• Pack their snack boxes.

Afternoons (3:00 PM–7:00 PM):

• Support the 4-year-old with reading and early learning activities.
• Help the 7-year-old with homework, writing, spelling, and math.
• Plan creative games and activities for the children.
• Accompany the children (with the family driver) to after-school activities.

Saturdays:

• Work from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for academic and activity support.

School Holidays (Full-Time):

• Provide full-time childcare and academic support during specified school breaks.
• Occasionally travel with the family to assist with childcare during trips (as needed).

Requirements:

Experience:

• Prior experience in childcare or tutoring roles is essential.

Skills:

• Strong academic abilities, particularly in reading and math.
• Creativity to design engaging and fun activities for children.

Languages:

• Knowledge of French or Spanish is a bonus (not mandatory).

Flexibility:

• Willingness to travel with the family occasionally.
