Parking Attendant / Security Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Traffic Management: Direct traffic within the premises to ensure efficient use of parking space.

• Parking Fees Collection: Collect parking fees using POS machines and issue valid receipts.

• Transaction Handling: Ensure accurate cash/POS transaction handling and daily reconciliation.

• Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and clear instructions to visitors regarding parking.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness within the parking zones.

• Incident Response: Respond promptly to any parking disputes, accidents, or emergencies.

• Reporting: Report any suspicious activities or violations to the Security Supervisor.

• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of daily activities and transactions.

• Support Security Operations: Support overall security operations during peak hours or special events.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in security or parking management (1-2 years preferred).

• Skills: Basic understanding of POS machine operations and payment handling, computer literacy.

• Personal Traits: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good communication skills (basic English proficiency required).

• Physical Fitness: Ability to work flexible shifts.

• License: Possession of a valid SIRA License is mandatory.

• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
