Job Summary
Tower Tools is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales in the UAE. This role involves visiting potential and existing customers, taking orders, and promoting Tower Tools as the go-to supplier for painting tools. Key Responsibilities

Customer Visits: Travel across Dubai to visit hardware stores, paint shops, and distributors, promoting the full range of Tower Tools products.

Sales & Order Management: Take customer orders, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new potential customers, approach them proactively, and effectively present our product range to drive sales growth.

Product Knowledge & Promotion: Educate customers about the benefits and features of Tower Tools’ products, fostering brand preference and loyalty.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.

Market Research & Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback, supporting strategic sales planning.
Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in painting tools, hardware, or construction-related products.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently, managing a structured sales routine while meeting targets.

Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the city.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

Knowledge of the hardware and paint supply markets is an advantage.
