Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and engaging Order Taker for In Room Dining to join our renowned Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality setting and is passionate about delivering a seamless and personalized dining experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

• Accurately record guest food and beverage orders via telephone using the Micros system.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary options.

• Ensure adherence to sanitation and food safety standards.

• Provide personalized service, handling special requests or concerns with discretion and care.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings and promotions to assist guest inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury or high-volume hospitality environment.

• Proficient with Micros or similar POS systems.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient, and attentive manner.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

• A team player who adapts quickly and is committed to excellence.

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
