Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Language Teacher to join our early years team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, language-enriching lessons based on the EYFS curriculum
• Monitor and document each child’s learning journey using a digital platform
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally respectful classroom atmosphere
• Communicate consistently with parents and staff to support each child’s learning and well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing learning environment
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education (attested)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early years teaching
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience teaching French or Arabic is a strong advantage
• Must be a collaborative team player with strong cultural awareness and a child-centered teaching philosophy
• KHDA approval is required
• Willingness to travel (within the UAE) as needed
