Operations Manager Part Time

Role Overview

We are an international online English education company expanding into the UAE. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Success & Sales Manager who is fluent in Gulf Arabic and English. You will be part of the team launching our UAE operations, working remotely and closely with our US and Korea-based leadership.

This role includes direct communication with clients, schedule coordination, sales tasks, and overall operational support. Candidates must be self-driven and ready to grow into a more permanent leadership role as our UAE team develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries from parents and students
• Manage lesson schedules, updates, and client data
• Guide new families through the enrollment process and convert leads into clients
• Provide professional support in both Arabic and English
• Assist with translations and documentation as required
• Coordinate with the global team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Help set up and maintain virtual office systems for UAE operations

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Gulf Arabic and strong command of English
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or client engagement
• Prior experience in education or online tutoring preferred
• Able to work structured hours consistently over a 12-month contract
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
