Role Overview
You will manage the entire order-to-payment process for a designated customer portfolio, working closely with sales teams to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, planning, logistics, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer master data ensuring accuracy and completeness

Manage order flow from acquisition through order entry according to trade terms

Coordinate delivery with planning, logistics, transport, and customers; act as first contact for queries/issues

Manage back-orders to maintain a clean portfolio

Handle goods returns following agreed trade terms

Support sales with commercial, logistics, and product claim issues
-
Assist in sales events: Buying Days, product presentations, trainings, visits
-
Prepare and issue sales/customer reports for sales teams and customers
-
Implement and improve customer service procedures, processes, and systems
-
Participate in ad hoc sales activities and projects
Candidate Profile
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles in fast-paced environments
-
Experience in B2B customer service
-
Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain, and customs processes

ERP experience required; SAP experience is a plus

Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, Arabic, French) are advantageous

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong team player, customer-oriented, and problem solver
