Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to lead the development and execution of our brand’s digital presence. This role involves content creation, trend analysis, campaign management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. You will serve as the voice of our company across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across all major platforms
• Create engaging, on-brand content (text, video, and visual) tailored to each platform
• Write marketing copy, blog posts, and promotional content to attract new leads
• Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publishing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
• Research industry trends and propose innovative content ideas
• Create storyboards and pre-production material for video content
• Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports on engagement and reach
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and social media strategy
• In-depth knowledge of engagement strategies, social trends, and platform algorithms
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva
• Strong understanding of brand identity and how to reflect it across different media formats
• Ability to create platform-specific content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
