Nurse with Home Care Experience Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced nurses with home care experience to provide essential medical and personal care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and experienced in providing care to elderly or bedridden patients. Preference will be given to candidates who speak Urdu or Hindi, are Muslim, and have their own or spouse’s visa. Candidates should be based in Dubai or able to relocate from other emirates of the UAE.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide the necessary care and support for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

  • Hygiene Management: Look after the hygiene of the patients, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medicines to patients as per the doctor’s instructions.

  • Assessment and Monitoring: Assess the patient’s condition and take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

  • Wound Care: Manage and provide care for wounds and ulcers.

  • Patient Monitoring: Check bedridden patients for bed sores and muscle weakness.

  • Patient-Family Liaison: Act as a liaison between the patient and their families, providing updates and necessary communication.

  • Doctor Assistance: Assist doctors as required during home visits.

  • Immediate Action: Intercede for patients in situations requiring immediate action or care.

  • Support and Education: Offer guidance and education to help patients and families make informed decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma in Nursing (Preferred).

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in elderly care or home care nursing.

  • Languages: Fluency in Urdu or Hindi is preferred.

  • Visa: Candidates with their own or spouse’s visa are preferred.

  • Additional Skills: Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
