Job Overview:

Nightingale Health Services LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join its growing home healthcare team in Dubai. Nurses will manage patients with a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic illness, pediatric support, and elderly care. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete in-home nursing care to assigned patients according to physician instructions and approved care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, and report abnormalities immediately.
• Administer prescribed oral and injectable medications, manage IV therapy, and ensure correct dosage and timing.
• Perform professional wound dressing, catheter care, stoma management, and infection control procedures.
• Assist patients with mobility, daily hygiene, feeding support, and rehabilitation exercises.
• Educate family members and caregivers about preventive care, nutrition, medication management, and safe handling of equipment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely nursing documentation in English.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare staff to ensure smooth and continuous service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Recognized Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) nursing license or DHA eligibility confirmation.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in hospital or home care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in the English language.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and empathy.
• Knowledge of patient safety, ethical standards, and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexible attitude toward duty schedules and patient needs.
