As Night Manager, you will lead all hotel operations during the overnight shift to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be the Manager on Duty, coordinating departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering while managing guest satisfaction, handling emergencies, and overseeing the night audit process. This role requires professionalism, leadership, and the ability to work independently in a high-standard hospitality environment.
Supervise and coordinate all night shift departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff overnight, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Manage the night audit to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.
Monitor guest activity, arrivals, and departures, ensuring all guest profiles and billing details are correctly updated.
Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure timely turnover and cleanliness of serviced apartment units.
Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of all guest and staff areas.
Respond swiftly and confidently to emergencies, including fire alarms, evacuations, or guest health and safety incidents.
Support and lead overnight team members by offering guidance, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining morale.
Prepare detailed overnight reports for senior leadership, outlining VIP movements, incidents, occupancy, and trends.
Represent the Hyatt brand by maintaining high service standards and operational integrity.
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Front Office or Hotel Operations (preferably in a 4-star hotel or serviced apartment setup).
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Confident in handling emergency protocols, guest complaints, and multi-department coordination.
Experience using Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hospitality scheduling.
