MEP Project Manager Temporary NEW

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP operations from pre-construction through commissioning

• Review and optimize contract documents for MEP trades

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate all MEP installations

• Develop detailed CPM schedules with cost/resource loading

• Oversee 3D coordination to resolve system conflicts

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and standards

• Supervise material approvals and system commissioning

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s in Construction Management/Engineering (preferred)
✔ Proven UAE experience managing MEP subcontractors
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
✔ Expertise in construction codes and standards
✔ Proficient in project scheduling and coordination
