Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Quality Operations Assurance will support key accounts and indirect channels in the MENA region to ensure compliance with Stryker’s quality standards. This role involves developing and executing training programs, overseeing asset handling procedures, and serving as a key liaison between operations, regulatory, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

• Design training programs tailored to regional quality standards while aligning with global requirements
• Develop and maintain up-to-date materials to support asset quality in the field
• Train new employees handling Stryker assets

Implementation and Oversight

• Lead training rollouts across key markets, with a focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Ensure compliance with ISO and Stryker standards
• Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
• Conduct regular reviews of kitting, asset handling, write-offs, and replacements

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations
• Guide partners and indirect channels in adopting best practices
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to prepare for product launches
• Support operational risk mitigation and emergency preparedness plans

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Define and monitor KPIs related to training completion, compliance, and kit accuracy
• Analyze customer complaints and implement preventive actions
• Report progress to senior leadership and manage visibility of kit deployment and decommissioning

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or quality/regulatory roles
• Experience with quality standards and asset management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience with training development and delivery
• Ability to support SOP alignment and process improvement

Preferred:

• Experience working in an international business environment
• Arabic language skills
• Experience creating training materials
• Strong ethical mindset and commitment to safety and quality
