Marriott Intern – Marketing Full Time NEW

Position Overview

Marriott International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Field Marketing Intern to join our UAE-based team. This role supports the delivery of digital marketing services to our portfolio of hotels in the region. The position is based in Dubai and will involve both strategic coordination and hands-on digital support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hotel digital requests such as website content updates, marketing campaigns, and other digital activations
• Consolidate performance data and assist in compiling marketing and digital reports
• Coordinate departmental activities including meetings, report preparation, webinar setup, and minute-taking
• Conduct competitive analysis including monitoring market promotions, campaigns, and partnerships
• Provide administrative and project support to the Digital Field Marketing team
• Take initiative and demonstrate adaptability to meet evolving business needs

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Previous experience in digital marketing or general marketing is an advantage

Education

• High school diploma required
• University degree preferred (especially in Hospitality Management or Marketing)

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong communication (verbal, written, listening)
• Initiative and reliability in task execution
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment under tight deadlines
